KMO completes K-Bob's re-image

KMO Development Group is scheduled to complete its re-image project for K-Bob’s Steakhouse in Fort Stockton, TX in early December. The K-Bob’s concept started 40 years ago in Clovis, NM and has locations in New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma. This is the second re-image project KMO has performed for K-Bob’s. KMO purchased the property and provided design, construction management and financing. The project will include the new Billy Bob’s bar concept as part of the re-image as well as new kitchen design and equipment. Operations of the K-Bob’s were only down for two weeks during the project.
