Construction on new Church's Chicken started

KMO Development Group started construction on a new Church’s Chicken in mid-March, 2009. Located in Norman, OK this will be the third ground-up Church’s project for Reciprocity Group, LLC. KMO also did a remodel of an existing Captain D’s for this Church’s franchisee in Sapulpa, OK. Construction is expected to be complete in mid-June, 2009. KMO provided site search, development services, construction management and financing.
